Relevant news

At Red Bull Elektropedia we focus on:

  • - A new release or re-issue by a Belgian producer
  • - A new release or re-issue on a Belgian label
  • - A new website with lots of extras
  • - A new club or a new party concept
  • - Belgian events, parties and festivals
  • - Belgian artists on tour
  • - Reunions and comebacks (since we focus on the history of Belgian dance music)
  • - Collaborations: for example Sound Of Stereo are working together with Bloody Beetroots
  • - New videos: music clips, tour diaries, video messages
  • - Interesting programs on tv, radio or the internet (as long as they're somehow related to Belgian dance)

We are broad minded

Belgian dance music doesn't limit itself to a select group of clubs, labels and artists. Red Bull Elektropedia's mission is to report about everything happening in our national dance scene. So wether if it's trance or dubstep, techno or hardstyle, Sylver or Goose, we cover it!

Writing

Let's be honest, none of us will ever win a Pulitzer, but we do pay some attention to our style of writing.

- Keep it simple, no academic, straight out of Oxford English but attractive
- It never hurts to use some humour from time to time
- Keep in mind: your target audience is looking for information but in a playful way
- Try to keep your posts as short as possible, you'll lose the reader with too long texts
- Make use of links, animations, sound and vision

Keep an eye on the time

Suppose Luciano is playing at Fuse in September, no need to already post this in July. Reporting the new a few weeks in time and preferably repeating the post on the day of the event is the best way to go!
